She could have talked about the difficulties of restarting the refineries, the effects of the war in Ukraine. She could have mentioned price gouging which is a major problem. She certainly could have pointed out that prices have fallen almost seven straight weeks. Instead she talks about 85 cents a month-like that matters.
Although, I am certain she didn’t mean 85 cents a month. But I don’t know what she meant.
