It was like a minor Breeders Cup.
Canterbury claimed they lost money holding it.
Originally it was to rotate to other tracks, with Canterbury holding it every other year.
Gulfstream rescued it from certain death.
Saturday felt like a bunch starter allowances--which the Claiming Crown is--with huge purses for Florida based horses.
Maybe they need to run it a month later, or go back to rotating with other tracks every other year.
This is not a rant or complaint, since I did have a winning day.

Now a question, or rant if you will.
Did you notice that GP had a 6-10 minute lag time before loading the horses?

I like the rotating with other tracks also.
