When? Maybe we picked the wrong sportsbook. It was pre-recession during the So-Cal real estate boom. I am sure casinos are a lot more desperate now to attract players. I don't remember all the sportsbooks we were in, we hopped around. It was the first time I ever heard of drink coupons. I only went to Vegas a couple times in the early 2,000s for some bachelor parties.
I had been a Vegas regular from 1979-1986 till I discovered Laughlin. Only went back to Vegas a couple times after that.
