NY, fall, hurricane on the map for over a week now.....surprise! more garbage racing, Toga Part Deux. Some of the toga race were downright
5 horse field, 3 of them 30-40 lengths behind......truly a waste of time.
I know the weather can't be changed, but it can't be ignored, either. We are not in 60% turf racing climates around here this time of year.
