Thanks, CJ.
I'd actually been wondering about that for some time. Although I've tried a few times over the past three years, I've not been able to find a current satellite image showing the track on Google Earth, Google Maps, or Bing Maps.

Using a web based version of Google Earth earlier today: I was kind of surprised to see Google was still not showing a satellite image of the track - just an empty field from 2015 even though the track has been open for three years now. (Fyi, the thumbnail on the left at the bottom of this post is from Google Earth showing a marker for The Century Mile in the middle of an empty field.)
I did find a site that offers free downloads of Landsat satellite imagery. I was able to (first) get an image of the area surrounding the Edmonton Airport.
From there I zoomed in a little and - and although they didn't seem to have
current images of the track - they did have images showing the track (CTM) at various points while it was under construction. (At least that's better than what Google has.)
No tools on the site I used for measuring distances. But if anybody just wants to see the course layout - and maybe get a general idea as to how the elongated straightaways and tightness of the turns might shape race outcomes - click the thumbnail (on the right) below.
