2. Training/racing on steroids, which the public thought was banned
3. Knowing his horse tested positive mere days before and still running

Well like his daughter stated most trainers receive 45 days or less and a lesser fine
You got scumbag trainers keeping horses in a stall with a broken leg getting only 45 days and Ellis for the most part has been a trainer who played by the rules
