My wife and I have learned that our son and his wife in Boston are expecting a baby (who would be our first grandchild), with a projected due date of 1 April.
(No word on gender yet.) The news came as somewhat of a surprise to me. Since they're both attorneys, I had wondered whether they'd be able to fit parenthood into the mix. (Looks like we'll be adding an East Coast trip to our travel plans for next year!)
