Track executive's want to run their track and not worry about any drama.
Especially from someone in the public eye like the announcer.
PA was partially right when he said these forums are guilty pleasure.
Not so much because the top guy's/gals read things themselves. But they do have people that keep an eye out and report any potential problems they may need to deal with.
Knowing the pulse of your customers is never a bad thing.
