The target number I heard for employees needed at Twitter will probably settle around 1000, down from 7400. With all the tech companies struggling around the bay area, new jobs aren't that plentiful for those who quit/fired/laid-off. My nephew drove me all around SF, late last year, and said many of the buildings(tech comp's) are still sitting empty.
WhatsApp said they run their company with 55 employees. TWTR has an est. 450 million users per month. Whatsapp has 2 Billion users per month with 55 employees.
MSM is doing their best to lambaste TWTR, and it will eventually thrive imo; even if it files for BR to re-adjust.
