Ahh. In theory, GREAT idea.
Unfortunately, the Casino is the main funding vehicle of the facility.
I was on my way south on I-81. I decided to stop for a bite to eat. So just for giggles. I drive up PA 743 for a half mile just to look at how full or empty the parking lot.
This was on a Thursday afternoon. There were more cars than I thought there would be. Maybe half full parking lot. .
