In the formal legal world, a court case that is dismissed with prejudice means that it is dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court. A case dismissed without prejudice means the opposite. It's not dismissed forever.
There is absolutely no reason for "revenge".

Point is that the Dems are all about ends justifying the means. And this type of tactic is really abhorrent. If the Republicans decide to use the same strategies going forward then where are we?
Trump does and says things I don't necessarily like but they way the Dem Senators have undermined this process has me at "Never Dem". I don't see our country overcoming rotten to the core tactics like this when they are able to leverage social media in such a harmful way.
