Vic has tremendous knowledge of the sport in general and is one of the top 10 handicappers in this country.
he used his handicapping talents when he was an agent for Joel Rosario and Matt Garcia. because of his handicapping specialty's he put these jockeys on the map. he got them to a good level and then they both fired him.
its to bad that Vic stopped posting here, he could liven up the place in a new york minute.
