I don’t think the meddling impacted anyone who was already going to vote for Trump or Hillary. But couldn’t a case be made that if you were on the fence their meddling might have swayed you in one direction?
Truth be told I’m not even sure it helped Trump. But the plan was to help him and a lot of his associates have ties to Russia. All in all it’s at best just a bad look.
