a follow up note to the 300 exacta race study.
the top two public choices finished 1st or 2nd or 1st and 2nd 74% of the tine.
the public 2nd choice finished 2nd 17% of the time. so far in , in the days since I started this thread, they placed 28% of the time. the question is were they overlays. i'll look into that using the fair value formula
