lefty359 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2017 Posts: 742	I've seen horses go wire to wire at 5 furlongs and at a mile and a half, so don't see what disance has anything to do with it. Old Doc Sartin said the matchup of horses in the rave is what counts, not the false premise of early or late.
