You know your state is in bad shape when you're paying TWICE the price that California is paying. Shouldn't there be a DOJ investigation into this fiasco or one by Letitia James into this one? Oh, yeah, right, Hochul's a Democrat, so she's innocent.
They could have at least saved the NY taxpayers $340 million if they had just paid what California was paying.
Whoever the purchasing agent was on this one they should be fired for pure incompetence.
