Taking a slightly diff. approach, if there's multiple ML's, I'm giving them all the same rank. This doesn't artificially make any +plus odds rankings too high, more realistic. I've done this in the past when didn't have the pp's available. Looking back through my records, it was usually more obvious plus factors that did well, against a more conservative ML ranking.
