Sildenafil Citrate

Do they test for this in most tracks in North America?
For those who don't know, it is the main ingredient in Viagra.
"Professional sports players have been using drugs such as Viagra thinking that the opening of their blood vessels will enrich their muscles, therefore enhancing their performance"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viagra

I noticed cases where the drug was seized:

I also found that recently there was a suspension in Iowa (Prairie Meadows):

and in Macau, a trainer was given a harsh sentence (the way it should be) after two horses tested positive for sildenafil:

The reason I'm bringing this up is that I'm pretty convinced that there are some popular undetectable drugs being used right now. Not only do they enhance the performance of horses, I think the enhancement doesn't last long and these types of drugs have a very negative affect on horses long term (much like EPO, DPO).
