"Coronavirus is and always has been a hoax", Candace Owens says in the above article. Isn't this exactly the sort of remark that the Republicans insist that they've NEVER MADE? Haven't we continually been told that the Republican position has always been that "the coronavirus ISN'T a hoax...only the REACTION to it has been a hoax".
If I am overweight and then I get coronavirus and die...have I died of an "comorbidity"...or has the coronavirus killed me? Why hadn't my overweight condition killed me BEFORE I got the coronavirus? Do we have to be perfectly healthy beforehand in order to varify that the coronavirus was responsible for our subsequent death...and that COVID-19 isn't a "hoax"?
