The difference here is is that the way the bill was written the NJ tracks and the casinos will benefit from sports wagering both in person and online why do you think Atlantic City is trying to reinvent it’s self with the possibility of horse racing occurring at the Alantic city race track again I don’t know about the other states but New Jersey will always put money into the tracks from this revenue stream called sports wagering but thank you for your opinion on how it may shake out in The future but i think you are dead wrong.
