I'm starting my quest as a handicapper and would really enjoy partnering up with a couple of folks to keep in touch on a casual basis through Skype. I don't have the luxury of going to the track and talking to people as the nearest track (which is also over for the season) is about an hour away, but I do value the sanity check and various perspectives people can provide.
I'm a crazed analyst, and I'm currently building my database which will probably take at least 3 more months to complete (lots of data). I'd value talking to anyone that has gone through setting up their own database and/or someone who would value an analytical perspective in their own handicapping strategy. I like to have a wide range of perspectives.
