Rule Changes and Clarifications for 2017:
1. Per
Rule 3, this year you only need to play on
5 Contest days to qualify for prizes. Previously it was 10 days.
2. Per
Rule 8, re treatment of scratches: a clarification that if you have any
scratched horses in your selections, they only win if the Post Time Favourite wins. Thus - regardless of when you post your tickets (either before a horse was scratched or after), and regardless of whether Official results reporting shows scratched horses as winning numbers for a Leg - your scratched horses only win if the Post Time Favourite wins (because scratched horses are replaced with the Post Time Favourite).
The Contest Managers will try their best to post Late Scratches for the day as early as possible. Players are encouraged to always check scratches at:

3. Not a change, but a reminder that the daily cap on payouts for Contest purposes is
$5000.
