Received an email from Equibase with some good news:
They have a new code change that went live this morning.
Under the old/original code: Data points for off turf races (old surface/new surface, old dist/new dist, turf course track condition/dirt course track condition, etc.) had to be keyed into the system in a
specific order.
Otherwise, track condition for the new surface failed to show up in the xml.
Under the new code change: The order data points are keyed into the system no longer matters.
If track condition for the new surface is keyed into the system it shows up in the xml.
Right now as I type this there are nine off turf races today:
Gulfstream Park West races 1,3,5,7,9.
Parx race 6.
Indiana Grand races 4,6,8.
I'm happy to report track condition in the xml looks correct for all nine.
