Monmouth 10-21-2020 - Bad info in the XML for today's Off Turf Races
R3 - According to the chart data, race off was at 1:46 pm eastern.
The entry to list the race as off turf in the scratches and changes xml is timestamped at 2:05 pm eastern - about 19 minutes AFTER race off.
In addition, all of today's off turf races (R1, R3, R5, R7, R9) are missing track condition in the xml.
Ugh.
