I'll give you a summary of how Rep Power works:
For every YEAR at PA= 1 RP point
For every 1000 posts= 1 RP point
For every 100 positive reputation points= 1 RP point
For every 100 negative reputation points= minus 1 RP point
Your total Rep Power of 8 is correct....
