Inmates can makes calls from jail and prison using the house phones. Inmates cannot have cell phones nor can they access the Internet. Seriously doubt that Greg is incarcerated. I recall that one member of PA would disappear for long periods and then report that he was in the hospital or a rehab facility. I guess the ability to access the world from those places all depends upon what you are recovering from. I hope that he is neither incarcerated nor hospitalized, but where the F*&# is he?
