As always Lambo I appreciate your thoughts. This methodology I am using for this sample run at Belmont as you can see has a very low win percentage but the ave win payout is very high. To date here in this sample I have not had more than 1 winner in a day and had I stopped play after that win, I would have saved 24 wagers which would have me in the (+). It does take patience and a few very nice prices, which do come, albeit stubbornly here at Belmont, to get nicely into the (+). The doubling up method (Martingale?) may work in the short term but, imho, is waging suicide in the long term, as evidenced by your friend's experience. Thank you again for your thoughts. Best always!
