"I have an iPad and I can do a few things on it, but this was hard," she said of the process. "Even my daughter tried to help and she wasn't able to figure out how to get an appointment."
The site she was directed to kept bringing her back to the same places on the internet and she wasn't able to navigate away to a page that would allow her to make an appointment, she explained.
"None of my older friends have been able to do it," she said. "It's kind of ridiculous to ask someone my age to do this online."
