Horse Races Now
I recently signed up for this app. Tonight I made a $20 and a $10 deposit and all was good. I later made a $20 deposit and it said transaction failed. Scratching my head I figured I typed in a wrong number and tried again. Once again it said failed. I checked my online banking and low and behold there are two $20 transactions from my debit card even tho their website said they failed. Customer support told me it should go away in 3-5 days. I then asked if this was common on their site and the girl hesitated and said yes. I said that doesn’t sound reassuring and asked why she had to think about it. Bottom line is I’m not happy bc I’m out $40 and have to wait this out.
