It is a straightforward mathematical formula. e is an exponential function commonly available in programming languages. ^ indicates the power to be used through the subsequent values in the formula. I really have no idea how he invented this formula.
I have implemented the formula using A=1 and B=1. It works better than I expected, though like many other math formula it is not a perfect standalone. But I was wondering if anyone had experimented and determined optimal values for A and B.
Did TrifectaMike pass? I haven't seen posts from him in a good while and he is not available through PM.
