So if you are watching live racing at Louisiana Downs and bet $1000 to show on a horse there and $1000 to show on a horse running at Thistledown are they both going to hit there pools at the same time. In other words does a bet placed live at the track have the same delay as a bet placed for another track.
Also, I remember a few years ago in Vegas race books there was a sign that read Exacta payouts limited to $200 - what happened to the rest of the money or were they not co-mingled at that time.
