Where do you come up with this stuff? The judiciary system allows for a court, Judge Shipp to defer to another court hence the Third Circuit, so no one has won or lost anything as of yet until the Third Circuit decides if it is capable of moving forward and hearing the case or defers to the Supreme Court, which isn't going to happen. So if I was a betting man, and I am, this case will be heard before a panel of three judges in 2015, aka the Third Circuit, once they render a decision you can then say you were right or wrong. Until then enjoy the holidays!
