The 3 or so times I went to Baltimore I took the I-895 tunnel across the river.
I tried looking it up but was "denied access" , I was trying to see if the bridge and tunnel have the same fee to cross. I wonder if once it is rebuilt if the collapse will cause the traffic to drop.
