In a related baseball and poker story to Vegas, Jose Canseco's middle finger actually fell off while playing poker in Vegas. Evidently Jose was cleaning his gun after a few beers and shot off his middle digit. The doctor who re-attached it did a poor job. Jose said it was smelling pretty bad when it fell off. With stories like these, Las Vegas is ideal for MLB. Just imagine the Bambino hitting the clubs there after a game.
