The owner of the winner to receive $90,000, $30,000 to second, $15,000 to third, $7,500 to fourth, $4,500 to fifth and $3,000 to sixth. Weight: 123 lbs. Non-winners of a Grade I or II stakes at a mile or over on the turf since October1, allowed 2 lbs.; of a graded stakes at a mile or over on the turf since June 1, allowed 4 lbs.; $45,000 at a mile or over since July 1, 6 lbs. In the event this stakes is taken off the turf, it may be subject to downgrading upon review of the Graded Stakes Committee. Trophy to the winning owner.
