Sessions' so-called "zero tolerance policy" raises the possibility that immigration authorities could separate parents from their children whenever a family is apprehended attempting to cross the border. The Wall Street Journal, citing the Department of Health and Human Services, reported earlier Monday that 700 children had been separated from their families since October of last year.

So...here's the thing, Fanny. If foreign adults do the crime by coming here illegally, they should be prepared to do the time. AND...if those foreign adults have kiddies with them, the kids cannot go to jail with their parents. They must be separated from them. And apparently, there is a law that sanctions this separation.
It actually sounds like a humane policy to me. Shirely, you don't want kids who don't know right from wrong spending time in jail or prison with their parents who do, right?
