After opening the spreadsheet with MS Office Excel, You should see the Main sheet (Northfield Friday) showing race 11. To change the race, select (click on) the button next to the desired race 12, 13, 14, located in the center between the chart and the graph.
To change to a new or different program, click on the green square button "Load Card" at the top left of the sheet.
This will bring up a "File Dialog Window" where you navigate to where you have the program file you want.
Select the file and then open (or double click). Assuming you have the pdf reader installed and the hot key set to Control 6 (^6), the new race card should load in from there. You can now use the center buttons to select which race you want to see.
Use the top right drop down menu (it's set on TM Post Bias) to change to the factor you want shown in the graph.
