You should give money back since now you can have the government withhold a lot LESS. If my stocks' custodian had a more flexible minimum withholding policy, my wife and I would see even more more of an increase in monthly income than we're currently seeing. As it is, because of the tax cuts, we're seeing over $100. more per month in income. And at the end of the year, we will get a healthy refund, as well. Guaranteed, according to my accountant.
So, please, old man, reconsider and give back to the government because the state knows much better than you do on how to spend your money.
