. Looking for a price in that middle leg. Only 1% have selected this horse so far. The Governor declared a state of emergency yesterday pending the upcoming storm tonight so don't know if they will be allowed to run tonight even if conditions still allow. The state and local governments got caught with their pants down last storm and don't want to get "embarr-assed" again.
