Yeah, that COLA increase has been very helpful. I’m not saying the landlord shouldn’t be able to raise the rent. I was just wondering about the $100 difference between two similar, if not identical apartments.

As for me, my lease is up the end of September and I really don’t know what my increase will be. The good news is my last car payment is Feb. 2024, which frees up $434 a month. DO NOT TELL MY LANDLORD.
