I will further predict that Trump will get 25% of the black vote in 2020. The tides are changing with regard to the monolithic voting record of blacks, and Trump has started and will continue to go after that low hanging fruit.

as we saw in PA-18 that might not be as easy as 2018.
The biggest challenge for the democratic party candidate is to make inroads into Trumps base in the states he won and hold onto the states Hillary won that were close (virginia, New Hampshire etc).
