Ricardo had to deal with the slowing/drifting pace-setter.
Johnny made a great ride and used the pace-setter without doing anything outright dangerous or fouling Santana in any palpable way.
Flip a coin. Technically DQ'able, but open to some interpretation.
DQ'able if compared relative to the rules.
Starkly inconsistent if compared relative to the 5th race.
