PLAYABLE RACES:
eliminating three uk outliers with bet size >$1000,
there were 20 wins in 53 playable races $return/$bet = $1.04
NON-PLAYABLE RACES:
NO uk outliers
there were 6 wins in 20 playable races $return/$bet = $0.69
with so few samples, what may be an outlier today may not be one tomorrow
