Look in the mirror. Go outside. Get a life. Get laid. Sit down in a park and talk to people (not via online). Laugh, mingle, socialize. Turn off msnbc, stop googling the latest Rachel maddow clip that gets your blood pressure going. You're her puppet. Same can be said for FDan. Ely is knocking on that door
Get around people that don't look like you, don't act like you, don't think like you. Enjoy civil discussions. Five days a week I'm around a different culture than mine for hours a day. It's refreshing, you should try it.
