More and more , I'm leaning toward: "Under". The rain should have stopped by 8:15 kickoff time, but any residual moisture will be freezing on the surface of the field, that is unless they can dry it off before game-time. For me, it's a game-time decision. The paramount issue: What is the condition of the field at Gillette Stadium?
