Absolutely both can be true. Blankenship said he is more Trump than Trump, even though Trump disavowed him. Lamb disavowed many Dem party planks in favor of Trumpian ideas. The GOP candidate in PA lost the race because he was a horrible candidate. I saw him give a five minute speech, and it was four minutes too long. He didn't have an original thought in his brain.
