If you meant Gen. Kelly, well... Kelly always had the views he implied about not needing a total Wall. Kelly is weak on immigration matters as is his replacement -- the one that the creepy Cory Booker insulted and harangued the other day in typical, cowardly liberal Democrat fashion.
