Murphy will take a few days to sign it into law. That is a given. I blame everyone involved on both ends one Dennis Drazin and his group for not knowing about this provision and Sweeney and his group for taking a long time to get this to legislation and the Senate and finally Murphy, this could’ve all been done while the Supreme Court of the United States was making their decision it’s amazing these guys can screw up a ham sandwich!
