Of course, Liebau doesn't "own" Hollywood Park. He is just the GM there. And, not following a lot of racing details anymore, I don't know what horses either guy is campaigning or where. I do recall a Liebau maiden winning in the east recently, either at Toga or Monmouth.
I'm not following you. If they didn't like the surface and didn't feel it was in their horses' best interest to race over them, why do you think they should've raced there anyway?
