OK. This is an actual text I received several days before the election. The history on this is:they have been sending me texts constantly but to a wrong name and evidently to a wrong number someone gave them.
Spanish name if that has any context.
I’m not familiar with the mail in process but do they have access to who has voted by mail prior to the election?
Brings up some interesting questions.
